Privacy policy

Who we are
Arkion is an independent technology studio in Puerto Rico that designs websites, business systems and automations. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send the “Your idea” form we collect your name, email, the description of your idea, the service you’re interested in, your language and, if you share it, your business name. If you contact us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send through those channels.
Technical information
Our hosting provider logs basic technical data, such as IP address and browser, to run and protect the site. We use your IP address temporarily to limit repeated form submissions. Your language preference is stored in your own browser. We don’t use advertising cookies and we don’t sell your information.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, follow up and, if we work together, deliver the agreed service. We send you a confirmation email when we receive your idea.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers we need to operate: Railway (hosting and form storage) and our email delivery service. They process it on our behalf. We would only disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while they’re useful for following up or maintaining our working relationship, and for at most two years after last contact if we don’t end up working together. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information by replying to any of our emails. Include your reference number (ARK-…) if you have it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with its updated date.
